Dual Interview Process

Before embarking on this important process, I enjoy the opportunity to answer any questions that you may have. Purchasing a home will be a process that will require a constant communication between you (the buyer) and myself. Not all Real Estate agetns will work seamlessly with you, including myself. Conversely, not all buyers will be right for me. That’s just reality.

Understanding Clients Needs

Not every home will be right for you. During a dual-interview process I have a chance to sit down and ask specific questions. Finding out exactly what you are looking for will assist me in this process. I gear my search process with showing you properties in quality not quantity.

Trust & Confidence

As a member of the National Association of Realtors I am bound by a strict code of ethics. I take my profession very seriously and have an immense amount of pride in my work ethic and expertise.

Full-time Agent

As a full-time agent I am available at the convenience of my clients. Committing to this profession as a full-time Realtor allows me to be up to speed in the current market. It also allows me to be available to show a property as soon as it comes available, rather than having to wait until the weekend to show. A full-time agent with a fast response time in an equally fast and competitive market is exactly what is needed in todays market.
